Therapy is an investment in the life you want to feel more present for

Healing work is deeply personal. It asks for time, care, honesty, and support that goes beyond surface-level coping.

My practice is designed to offer thoughtful, attuned, high-quality care for clients who are ready to do meaningful work at the root.

This model works best for clients who:

  • Want depth over symptom management

  • Prefer autonomy over insurance constraints

  • Are ready to engage intentionally in the work

Individual Therapy

Weekly therapy offers a consistent space to slow down, understand your patterns, process what you’ve been carrying, and create meaningful change over time.

This work is especially supportive for those navigating:

  • trauma and complex trauma

  • attachment wounds

  • anxiety and emotional overwhelm

  • self-worth and inner criticism

  • perinatal transitions and parenthood

Rate:

50-minute individual therapy session: $180

EMDR and Somatic Intensives

For some clients, a deeper and more focused container feels more supportive than weekly therapy alone.

Intensives offer extended time to work through trauma, stuck patterns, or specific areas of healing with more depth and intention.

These may be a good fit if you:

  • feel ready to go deeper

  • want support around a specific issue or life transition

  • are looking for a more immersive healing experience

Why Private Pay?

Choosing private-pay therapy often allows for more freedom, privacy, and depth in the work.

Without the limitations that can come with insurance-based care, therapy can be more personalized, spacious, and responsive to your actual needs — not just what is considered “medically necessary.”

This allows us to focus on meaningful healing, not just symptom reduction.

Virtual Therapy in Georgia

I currently offer virtual therapy for adults, parents, and LGBTQ+ individuals located in Georgia.

This allows for more flexibility and access to care from the comfort of your own space.

This may be a good fit if you are looking for…

  • a therapist who works relationally and collaboratively

  • therapy that gets to the root of patterns

  • support that feels warm, grounded, and emotionally attuned

  • a space to move beyond insight into lasting change
