Do I need therapy?
Many people come to therapy not because something is “wrong,” but because something no longer feels sustainable.
You might be functioning well on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck internally. Therapy can be a supportive space if you’re ready to explore your patterns with curiosity, build nervous system awareness, and create meaningful change over time.
How will I know therapy is working?
Therapy is not a quick fix, and progress isn’t always linear.
Over time, many clients notice:
Increased emotional regulation
Greater clarity in relationships
A deeper sense of self-trust
More choice in how they respond to stress
We check in regularly to ensure the work feels aligned and supportive.
What is your approach to therapy?
My work is trauma-informed and attachment-based, with a strong focus on nervous system regulation.
Rather than focusing solely on symptom relief, we explore how your body and past experiences influence your present-day patterns. This allows insight to translate into lived, sustainable change.
-
How do I pay for therapy?
Payment is collected through a secure client portal using credit, debit, HSA, or FSA cards.
An active card is kept on file while you are receiving services to allow sessions to run smoothly and without interruption. Current session fees can be found on the Investment page.
Do you accept insurance?
I offer self-pay therapy only and do not accept insurance.
This model allows for greater flexibility, privacy, and individualized care. It is often a good fit for clients who value depth, autonomy, and a collaborative healing process.
Do you offer a sliding scale?
I aim to keep my rates fair and reflective of the depth and specialization of the work offered.
I have a few sliding scale slots.
-
When are payments processed?
Payments are processed the morning of your scheduled session.
If a payment issue arises, I ask that it be resolved prior to the session start time so our time together can be fully used.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Your session time is reserved specifically for you.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice by phone, text, or email. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged at the full session rate.
What happens if I’m late to a session?
There is no additional charge for arriving late; however, sessions still end at the scheduled time.
-
How do I get in touch with you?

Is virtual therapy effective?
Yes. Sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform and offered virtually only.
Virtual therapy allows you to access care from the comfort of your own space while maintaining consistency and continuity.

Is this a good fit for me?
This work tends to be a good fit for clients who:
Are ready for depth rather than quick fixes
Value self-reflection and nervous system awareness
Want a collaborative, non-hierarchical therapeutic relationship
If you’re unsure, a consultation can help clarify whether working together feels aligned.
