Build a Life That Feels Like Yours

Coaching for people navigating major life transitions, meaningful change, and courageous next chapters.

You may know that something in your life needs to change.

You may feel pulled toward a life that feels freer, fuller, more meaningful, or more aligned with who you are becoming.

Maybe you are considering moving abroad, traveling long-term, changing careers, starting a business, leaving behind an old identity, rebuilding after burnout, or choosing a path that does not make sense to everyone around you.

The desire may feel clear.

The path may not.

Coaching gives you space to clarify what you want, understand what is holding you back, and take realistic steps toward a life that feels more fulfilling, grounded, and sustainable.

This is not about making impulsive decisions or forcing yourself to feel fearless.

It is about learning how to move forward while fear, uncertainty, responsibility, and doubt are still present.

You do not have to feel completely ready before you begin.

You Are Allowed to Want More From Your Life

You may have spent years doing what was expected of you.

You may have built a life around responsibility, survival, stability, productivity, caregiving, or keeping other people comfortable.

From the outside, your life may appear functional.

Inside, you may feel restless, disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure whether the life you created still fits.

Wanting something different does not make you ungrateful.

Wanting more freedom, meaning, joy, creativity, connection, rest, or adventure does not mean that you are running away.

Sometimes the discomfort is not a sign that you are making the wrong choice.

Sometimes it is a sign that you are outgrowing a life that no longer reflects who you are.

Coaching can help you listen to that discomfort with curiosity, separate fear from truth, and begin creating a life that feels more like your own.

Together We Can Work On

Every person’s path is different, but many of the people I work with share a common experience: they know something needs to change, but they’re unsure how to move forward in a way that feels aligned, sustainable, and true to themselves.

Together, we create clarity, build capacity, and take meaningful steps toward a life that feels more like your own.

The Common Thread

Sometimes you know your current life is no longer working, but your nervous system is afraid of what will happen if you change it.

Sometimes you take the leap and discover that freedom still requires structure, support, and emotional adjustment.

Sometimes the life you dreamed about becomes real, and you need help learning how to live inside it.

Across every area of coaching, we focus on helping you:

  • Clarify what matters to you

  • Understand your patterns and needs

  • Make thoughtful, values-aligned decisions

  • Build routines that support your capacity

  • Develop tools for fear and overwhelm

  • Strengthen trust in yourself

  • Move through change with greater intention

The goal is not to eliminate uncertainty.

It is to help you feel more resourced within it.

My Coaching Philosophy

My Coaching Approach

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, practical, and nervous-system-informed.

I do not believe you need another rigid formula, perfect morning routine, or list of things you should be doing.

We will look at your real life, including your responsibilities, relationships, identity, finances, energy, environment, and goals.

Our work may draw from:

  • Nervous system and polyvagal-informed education

  • Somatic awareness

  • Attachment-informed perspectives

  • Mindfulness and grounding

  • Values-based decision-making

  • Boundary and communication skills

  • Capacity planning

  • Reflective parenting

  • Travel and relocation planning

  • Compassionate accountability

Together, we will identify what matters, understand what is getting in the way, and create a small number of realistic next steps.

This is not about pushing you to move faster.

It is about helping you move with greater clarity, intention, and trust in yourself.

What Coaching Sessions Look Like

Sessions are conversational, reflective, and action-oriented.

You do not need to arrive with a perfectly organized goal. We can begin with what feels confusing, heavy, exciting, or difficult to navigate alone.

During a session, we may:

  • Explore a current challenge or decision

  • Clarify what you want

  • Identify the fears or responsibilities influencing you

  • Notice how stress is showing up in your body

  • Separate urgency from genuine readiness

  • Create a decision-making framework

  • Practice grounding tools

  • Develop a boundary or communication script

  • Build a realistic routine

  • Work through a travel or relocation concern

  • Create a practical next-step plan

You may leave with greater clarity, a grounded action plan, reflection questions, a nervous system practice, or one or two focused steps to complete before we meet again.

Professional Knowledge and Lived Experience

I am a licensed psychotherapist, nervous-system-informed practitioner, solo parent, business owner, and long-term traveler.

My work is informed by years of supporting people through stress, trauma, attachment patterns, parenting, identity shifts, and major life transitions.

It is also shaped by lived experience.

I understand what it means to create a life outside the traditional path, make decisions other people may not understand, parent through change, and rebuild routines in unfamiliar places.

I know that taking the leap does not make fear disappear.

I also know that the life you want may require you to trust yourself before everyone else understands your vision.

I do not approach travel as a permanent vacation, fulfillment as constant happiness, or nervous system regulation as a perfect state.

I offer honest, compassionate, and practical support for the full experience.

Who is coaching for?

1

Coaching is for adults who are ready to make a meaningful change in their lives. Whether you’re navigating a career shift, burnout, a major life transition, long-term travel, relocation, or simply feel ready for something different, coaching provides practical support to help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

What do we work on?

2

Every coaching relationship is personalized, but common areas include:

  • Creating a more fulfilling life

  • Navigating major life transitions

  • Taking meaningful risks

  • Nervous system support during stress and uncertainty

  • Boundaries and decision-making

  • Burnout and work-life balance

  • Travel, relocation, and slow or nomadic living

  • Parenting through transition

How is coaching different from therapy?

3

Coaching is future-focused and action-oriented. Together, we’ll clarify your goals, work through obstacles, and create practical steps toward the life you want.

Therapy focuses on assessing and treating mental health conditions and processing psychological concerns. While my background as a licensed therapist informs my coaching, I work with coaching clients in the role of a coach—not as their therapist.

How often do we meet?

Coaching may be a good fit when you know something needs to change but aren’t sure how to move forward. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin.

If you’re looking for diagnosis, trauma treatment, crisis support, or psychotherapy, coaching is not the appropriate service.

All coaching sessions are held virtually, allowing you to join from home or wherever you are in the world, provided coaching is appropriate where you live.

Some clients schedule a single session to work through a specific decision or challenge. Others choose ongoing coaching weekly, biweekly, or monthly for continued support and accountability.

We’ll decide together what best supports your goals.

Not at all.

Travel and relocation are specialty areas within my coaching practice, but many clients come for support with stress, burnout, life transitions, decision-making, or creating a life that feels more aligned with their values.

I won’t tell you what decision to make.

Instead, I’ll help you explore your values, goals, fears, responsibilities, and options so you can make a decision that feels thoughtful, aligned, and true to you.

Yes. Coaching is not psychotherapy and is generally available regardless of where you live, although services must always be appropriate within local laws and regulations.

It begins with a coaching consultation.

We’ll talk about what brings you here, what you’re hoping to create or change, answer your questions, and determine whether coaching is the right fit before moving forward.
